  • So thankful to have a Waldorf school nearby!! We sought out a Waldorf school when we moved here. It truly warmed my heart the first day that our daughter started here. Rather than watching from the outside to assess the situation first, which was her usual initial reaction, she jumped right into circle time. I attribute this new found confidence to the warmth of the teachers and the general disposition of all the kids there, who were all very welcoming. Our daughter has truly thrived at this school. Most importantly, I like the active parent participation. As parents, we decide what is best for our kids, collectively, and with the guidance of the teachers.

  • You never realize how important insurance is until you really need it... especially to buy a new car! I reached out to Lori Richard’s office when purchasing my most recent vehicle. Her available and helpful team was able to provide me with an auto insurance quote for my new car in no time. After reviewing the coverage with me, they were able to send over proof of insurance and temporary ID cards so that I could drive the car off the lot. They made sure to follow-up with me the next week to make sure everything was okay with my new car and new insurance.     There is thing good about the tellers or management staff here. I was mugged 2 days ago and just came into this Wells Fargo (12/6/15) to get a temporary debit card and order a new debit card. They are the only Wells Fargo in my area that is open on a Sunday. I'm low on money and just want to be able to deposit a check when I receive it later this evening. However, I'm assuming a manager for this location, said that he couldn't give me a temporary debit card because he would need a valid ID, I had already told both the teller and the manager that I had been mugged and I just need to be able to deposit a check layer today and that they are the only bank open on a Sunday and only until 3pm. I reiterated that I had been mugged and I don't have a valid form of ID and I only have my blood donation card, which has a photo and my DOB on it, and my SS ID. That should be enough right? For them it's not, they did not show me any kind of service or concern to put the customer first. I am very disappointed considering I was mugged. The manager refused to let me have a temporary debit card. I told him I didn't have much money and I have bills that are overdue and once again that I was mugged. I asked are you sure there is NOTHING you can do to help me so I can get my money deposited so I can pay my bills and actually be able to pay for the DMV to get a new ID. He said no. So I thanked him for his non-assistance, and he replied HAVE A NICE DAY. I'm sorry but you just DIDN'T help me when I needed it the most and you're telling to have a nice day? Yeah! Big No No! If I could give no stars to write this review I would, but at least 1 star means you hated it. When you reorder a debit card with Wells Fargo customer service over the phone, they ask you a series of questions to confirm your identity, they could have done that at this location.... but refused to then told me to basically go on my way.... Have a nice day! That's not customer srvice, the guy was being a hall monitor only telling me "no" proving that he wasn't on my side and just strictly policy. Part of his management job is customer service. He should have been on my side, concerned, and trying to help me, the customer. Trying to find the yes even if means bending the rules a little bit. He did not do this and he was not helpful and was quite rude.
